We hope you are happy with your order. However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt letting us know your name and order id for a refund. Goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and in an unused condition. We are unable to refund postage charges. For incorrectly delivered or damaged goods please see below.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods
It is your responsibility to inform us within 3 days of receipt of goods any products that were incorrectly delivered or damaged upon receipt. Contact us at email@example.com or by telephone (01 8219277) where we will resolve the situation promptly and issue you with a returns number if required. Please have your order id when contacting us.
Please do not return any goods that were damaged or incorrectly delivered before contacting us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
