1. Limited Rights to Use Content
All material including any intellectual property in it displayed on the Site (“Content”) belongs to Inspiring Ideas or its suppliers. Inspiring Ideas gives you the right, for your own personal or non-commercial purposes only to (1) retrieve and display the Content on your PC screen; (2) print individual pages on paper; (3) store individual pages in electronic form on CD/disk. You may not store any Content on any server or other storage device connected to an external network, or make any other use of the Content.
Most of the Content is owned by Inspiring Ideas but certain Content is used with the permission of third parties (“Third Party Content”) and may be subject to additional restrictions.

Products and prices are subject to change. We will try to ensure prices on this website are accurate, however, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT.

3. Availability and Delivery
All products are subject to availability. Delivery charges are not included in the product price. We send all deliveries through the standard An Post postal service.

At present we do not ship outside the E.U. For orders outside the Republic of Ireland please contact us at customer.service@inspiringideas.com for a postal quote before ordering.

4. Ordering & Returns
You must be 18 years of age or over to order on this site. All orders are subject to approval. You may pay by Laser or Credit Card.
We hope you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt of goods in their original, unopened and unused condition for a refund. The return of the goods is at your expense and we recommend getting proof of postage.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Inspiring Ideas will use its reasonable skill and care in making sure that the Site is available to you on a continual basis. However, because of the number of sources from which Inspiring Ideas obtains the Content and because of the nature of the Internet, Inspiring Ideas does not give you any other warranties. In particular, you should not take the accuracy or availability of the information for granted and Inspiring Ideas makes no warranty that the Site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
