How do I purchase products on you site?

It’s very easy! Just register, pick the items you’d like to purchase and click checkout.

How do I register?

Click the button on the top of the screen called “Login / Register”. The register button is on the right hand side.

I can’t login

Firstly, have you registered? You must be a registered user to login and buy products.

Have you the correct user name and password? See below for more information. If you still can’t login contact us here.

What’s my username?

Your username is the email address you used to set up your account.

Oops. I’ve forgotten my password

No problem. Go to the Login Page, enter your username and click “forgot password”. A new password will be generated and sent to you.

I don’t like my password now, can I change it?

Just login as normal and click “your name” account. Here you can change your password.

I haven’t received an email newsletter, can you send it to me?

On your account page, ensure the check box that says, “send me an email newsletter” is ticked. In addition, check your email details are correct. If you still don’t receive one, contact us by email here and we will solve the problem.

How can I search for products I want to buy?

That’s easy; just enter the product you’d like to buy in the text box below the word SEARCH on the home page. Always use the correct spelling; some craft terms are spelt in strange ways! Alternatively, you can browse through our products by clicking the products tab at the top of the page.

Done that. I still can’t find it.

Even though we have over 4,500 products for sale on this site and we are constantly updating the site with new products, some are only available in our Craft store in Dublin. Click here and contact us with your query and we will do our best to help.

How do I know you received my order?

You will automatically receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive one, check your junk mail folder before contacting us here.

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card or laser card . Card details are encrypted and securely transmitted using industry-standard 128-bit SSL technology.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 48 hours. However, demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to let you know an advised shipping date.

Can I use Inspiring Ideas Gift vouchers on your website?

Currently our site does not accept vouchers. If you contact our head office, we can make alternative arrangements for you.

I don’t live in Ireland; can I still buy your products?

The shipping rate (€5) applies to all orders placed in Ireland. We can ship to U.K. and Europe but email us first so we can quote you a shipping charge. At present, we do not ship to outside the E.U.

I don’t want what I bought, what can I do?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt of goods in their original, unopened and unused condition for a refund. The return of the goods is at your expense and we recommend getting proof of postage.

I like to see the products before I buy them do you have a traditional store I can visit?

Yes we do! We have a large craft, art and gift store in Dublin. We even have a Craft Café where you can relax with a coffee and delicious cake. We also hold craft demonstrations regularly Click here for more details.

Can I link my website to yours, can you add my site to your links page?

We love hearing about other crafters and artists. However, before you link to us please email us first so we can view your site and give permission. To be added to our links page, email us with a website address and brief description.
